Kickoff Washoku workshop!


A collaboration project between Whole Food Association and Japonte has kicked off today! 

The theme of first session was "Dashi", and we learned mainly about Katsuobushi in respects of its history, its manufacturing method, practice of shaving and brewing its soup stock. At the end, everyone enjoyed Oishii Omusubi and Miso soup together.

Japonte will expand the series of workshop with further themes.
