From the “CATALOG” page of Japonte Shop, please go to the product page that you wish to order, select the quantity and click "ADD TO CART" to go to "Your Cart". After checking your chosen products, please click "CHECK OUT" and follow the instruction.
Payment method
At Japonte Shop that payment method is Paypal or Credit card.
If you already have a Paypal account, please use it. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will need to create a Paypal account.
Shipping and charges
Delivery within Japan is done by Yamato Transport. Shipping charge, including packing material cost and work fee etc., is set as below.

For deliveries outside of Japan, you can select from 2 shipping methods of international postal service by Japan Post: EMS, e-Packets. Shipping charge, including packing material cost and work fee etc, is set for each country / region, and is checked at "CHECK OUT" page.
- EMS (Express Mail Service). With this method your shipment is insured and can be tracked thanks to a tracking number, which we will send you after your package has been posted. Unless there is a problem, packages are delivered in most countries around the world within 3 to 6 days after they are sent. Usually, EMS and their partners take care of import duties and charge you at delivery if necessary.
- e-Packets. With this method your packages are also given tracking numbers. Packages are generally delivered within 7 to 30 days after they are sent.

We do our best to process and send your package by EMS, e-Packets, or Yamato Transport within 3 working days after we have received your order. In all cases, you will be informed by email when your package is sent.
Cancellation
Once your order has been confirmed, it is impossible to cancel it.
Return
In case there is a problem such as breakage of goods due to an accident during delivery, defective goods from the shipping stage, or delivered items different from the order contents, please contact us within 10 days after the item arrives. In that case, we will pay the return fee, we will ship the alternative items again. In addition, please confirm the terms of service for details.
Customs duties and charges
No matter which shipping method is used, when items are shipped across national borders, customs duties, import charges and local taxes may apply, depending on the country. Given the different laws from one country to the next, every case is a special case. Thus, the amount that you pay when your order is taken does not include these kinds of additional costs, which may apply.
You are responsible for paying the additional costs if required by the laws of your country. Japonte Shop thus cannot take any responsibility for this. It should also be noted that we of course declare the real value of every shipment.
