This is a learning series on the basics of WASHOKU conducted both in Japanese and English. It is a collaboration project between the Whole Food Association and Japonte.
Since "WASHOKU; Traditional Dietary Cultures of the Japanese" has been registered as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage, it has been an unprecedented booming all over the world. However, there actually are still many unknown parts of WASHOKU even by Japanese people. Why don’t we learn it together in a multi-cultural setup with people from various countries for a healthy and authentic Japanese experience?
