Rice Harvesting in Kurobe

This week is the last moment of rice harvest in most area of Japan for this year. It means new rice season is almost coming. Today, I have learned how to harvest, dry, husk and pack in Kurobe, where our rice grower is active. Can’t wait for eating new rice!
